Maintenance Technician – St. Louis, MO

$20–$22/hr | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM

BGSF partners with leading Property Management companies across St. Louis—and we’re looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician ready to make an impact. If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing what’s broken, and making apartment homes look their best, this is your opportunity.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Complete and troubleshoot daily service requests
• Assist with light plumbing and electrical tasks
• Change/repair locks, lighting, and basic hardware
• Install and repair common household appliances
• Perform interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Support groundskeeping: pressure washing, leaf blowing, general upkeep

✔️ What You Bring

• Experience in maintenance, construction, renovation, or similar fields
• Basic hand tools required (screwdriver set, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools are a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Comfortable taking direction and assisting with community projects
