Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the project team to develop innovative architectural designs.
  • Prepare design presentations and visualizations for client meetings.
  • Conduct site analysis and gather relevant data to inform designs.
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to ensure design feasibility and compliance with codes.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents and manage project timelines.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is being realized during construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
  • Ability to produce high-quality architectural renderings and presentations.
  • Critical thinking skills to solve design-related challenges creatively.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work and experience in architectural projects.
