Job Summary: Carpenter

Location : Wilmington, NC
Schedule : Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Saturday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM as needed)
Pay Rate: $20–25/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Carpenters to support residential construction and renovation projects in WIlmington, NC. This role involves general and finish carpentry work, supporting drywall operations, and completing tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general and finish carpentry work.
• Frame, measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
• Read and interpret basic plans and measurements.
• Assist with prep work related to drywall installation and finishing.
• Install trim, doors, and other carpentry components as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Work collaboratively with other trades on site.

Requirements:

• 5-9 years of carpentry experience preferred.
• Strong measuring and layout skills.
• Must have own basic carpentry tools.
• Required tools include hand tools, tape measure, chalk box, speed square, levels, drills, nail guns, and compressor.
• Ability to work full schedules and weekends if needed.
• Reliable transportation.
