Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Corinth, TX

Ready to put your maintenance skills to work with a great team? We’re hiring a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician for a contract/temp assignment. This role requires EPA Type II or Universal certification and experience in HVAC, painting, and general maintenance repairs.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances
• Respond promptly to work orders and emergency calls
• Maintain property grounds and ensure safety standards

Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• Experience in HVAC, painting, and general maintenance repairs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Pay: $23/hour
• BGSF is the staffing firm placing this role
• Contract/temp assignment
