New search for a detail-oriented accounting professional experienced in dynamic manufacturing environments. The purpose of this role is to drive financial accuracy and efficiency for a leading industrial equipment provider.

• Anticipate $70K-$75K annual base
• Full suite of benefits:  Health, 401K, PTO/vacation, etc.
• Hybrid , 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

• Update weekly revenue forecasts to provide clear visibility into financial results.
• Generate and analyze internal reports, including Gross Margin, Sales Order Margins, Rework, Budget vs Actual, and Inventory Schedules.
• Reconcile inventory reports to the General Ledger and analyze variance accounts for corrections.
• Review daily labor reports and reconcile accrued labor to payroll.
• Develop deep knowledge of ERP cost flows and troubleshoot system errors.
• Assist with monthly/year-end closings, audit support, and process documentation updates.
• Cross-train in other accounting functions and handle special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP principles.
• Preferred: CMA certification.
• Excellent analytical, math, interpersonal, and communication skills; detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
