Job Description

Just Got 2 Have It! is seeking a highly accurate and efficient Data Entry Typist to input, update, and maintain company data. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately type and enter data into company systems and databases

  • Review source documents for accuracy and completeness

  • Verify, correct, and update existing data as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information

  • Organize and maintain digital files and records

  • Perform regular data quality checks

  • Meet daily and weekly typing and accuracy goals

  • Follow company data entry standards and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven fast and accurate typing skills

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in data entry or clerical roles

  • Familiarity with database systems and spreadsheets

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
