Field Sales Representative – Panda Exteriors

What You'll Do

Represent Panda Exteriors in your community, helping homeowners improve their homes while saving money and going green
Learn proven sales strategies through our paid training program
Connect with homeowners, understand their roofing and exterior needs, and set appointments for our sales team
Consistently achieve daily and weekly goals with the support of a collaborative team

Bi-weekly pay : Base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses
First-year earnings potential : $75k+

What We're Looking For

0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (we'll train the rest)
Positive, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic
Comfort with outdoor, face-to-face conversations

Reliable transportation and a high school diploma (or equivalent)

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
