Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events from inquiry to post-event review
Manage client relationships , acting as the primary point of contact
Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive bookings
Coordinate vendors, staffing, logistics, timelines, payments and budgets
Ensure events run to standard — flawless, on-time, on-budget
Track and report revenue, expenses, and performance metrics
Collaborate with ownership/leadership on strategy, pricing, and growth
Maintain a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and excellence
Have 3–5+ years of event management, event sales, or hospitality leadership experience
Are detail-obsessed and proactive — you see problems before they exist
Can juggle multiple events without dropping the ball
Communicate clearly and confidently — written and verbal
Are revenue-minded and comfortable closing business
Remain calm and composed when things heat up (because they will)
Full-time
Some evenings/weekends required based on event schedule
Base Salary: $70,000/year
