Position Overview
This is a hands-on inventory-focused forklift role in a small, narrow-aisle facility with approximately 12 employees on the warehouse floor . While forklift operation is a key component, flexibility is essential.
Forklift Experience Required
Cherry Picker (primary equipment)
Stand-Up Reach
Sit-Down Forklift
Minimum 2+ years of recent Cherry Picker, Reach & Sit-down Forklift experience
Safe operating history with proven job stability and longevity
Dennis will have all operators review safety videos first, followed by an on-equipment evaluation to confirm skill level.
Inventory & Warehouse Responsibilities
Inventory control and cycle counting experience is required
Sorting, labeling, wrapping, and order picking as needed
Manually unloading floor-loaded containers (containers are unloaded outdoors)
Supporting general warehouse duties — this is not a “forklift-only” role
Additional Details
Regular shift: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Overtime is required several times per month and may include early starts as early as 5:00 a.m.
Facility has very narrow aisles and requires precision driving
Pallets may be full and occasionally double-stacked
