Job Summary

Summary:

Reports to Frictionless Markets Management for 310 Provisions at Intuit Dome. Receives and stocks all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom on a daily basis and as needed. Replenishes all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar and stands throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieves all needed food items from warehouse and delivers to bar and stands area.
• Receives and stocks all items in markets.
• Assists in cleaning.
• Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar and stands area.
• Receives and stocks all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom on a daily basis and as needed.
• Receives and stocks all items in markets.
• Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
• Ensures beer taps are working properly.
• Places appropriate bar snacks on counter; keeps supplies, such as snacks and napkins, stocked throughout shift.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar and stands area.
• Helps ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats.
• Ensures rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• Ability to adapt and learn new technology/ programs
• Service-oriented and willing to help patrons
• Customer service skills to maintain positive customer relationships, encourage customer loyalty and resolve conflicts
• Excellent communication to interact with team members and customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
• Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Basic PC knowledge 
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as point-of-sales systems
• Strong math skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Team-oriented

• Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid CA alcohol Responsible Beverage Service servers' permit.
• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
• An outgoing personality is preferred.
