Description Join Our Team as a Tier 3 Help Desk Engineer - Onsite in Medford, OR We're on the lookout for an experienced Tier 3 Help Desk Engineer to join our welcoming and collaborative team in Medford, OR. Requirements - Extensive experience in Tier 3 support or senior-level technical roles. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory and Windows 10. - Hands-on experience with service desk ticketing systems and related workflows. - Strong communication skills to effectively support users with varying technical expertise. - Familiarity with system security protocols and best practices. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. - Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure with a high level of attention to detail.
