Job Description

Job Title : Junior Business Analyst Health & Human Services

Location : New York, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working in health and human services environments, supporting quality improvement initiatives.
  • Proven experience providing technical and computer support to end users.
  • Hands-on experience using software tools to collect, filter, process, analyze, create, and distribute data.
  • Experience developing flow diagrams, structure charts, and other system or process documentation to represent workflows and system designs.
  • Proven ability to collect and analyze data in support of implementing automated service delivery systems.
  • Working knowledge and practical experience using SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with organizational stakeholders to identify, inform, and drive business process improvements.
