Work Environment & Expectations:

• Must be able to travel between Fenton & Clarkston clinic locations.
• Must maintain active BACB certification and Michigan licensure (LBA).
• Assist with other duties and responsibilities if needed.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Responsibilities
• Manage a flexible caseload that adjusts in response to clinic needs when necessary to ensure continuity of client care
• Completes a minimum of 20 hours of billable clinical service hours each week, providing supplemental treatment modification (97155) to all clinic clients as needed
• Conduct comprehensive behavior and skills assessments to inform treatment planning and intervention design
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and aligned with the organization's commitment to quality care
• Complete initial and recurring RBT competency assessments in alignment with BACB requirements and certification standards
• Conduct direct observation of RBTs in accordance with BACB supervision requirements to ensure treatment fidelity and clinical development
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation that aligns with regulatory and organizational standards
• Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and visual analysis to assess treatment effectiveness
• Deliver ongoing, individualized caregiver training that fosters compassionate, family-centered care
• Support the Clinical Director with onboarding and training new behavior technicians, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with clinical expectations and organization values
• Provide BCBA practicum supervision of at least one student, with flexibility to support up to two, following Inspire’s practicum program curriculum
Leadership Responsibilities • Drive accountability by monitoring key performance indicators, completing performance scorecards, and addressing barriers to ensure clinical and operational standards are met as directed by the Clinical Director
• Demonstrate and maintain presence in the clinic by providing real-time support to staff, modeling best practices, and addressing challenges as they arise
• Foster and lead a clinic culture that reflects and advances the organization’s mission and core values, with an emphasis on integrity, honesty, service, collaboration, and leadership
• Coach and mentor BCBAs and RBTs through structured feedback, performance development, and professional growth opportunities as directed by the Clinical Director
• Support staff retention and engagement by cultivating a positive and motivating work environment
• Serve as a liaison between the Clinical Director and clinic staff, ensuring organizational initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and operational changes are successfully implemented
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation, contributing to organizational projects, and supporting applied research initiatives
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• BCBA certification
• Minimum of 3 years ABA therapy experience; leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical guidelines
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented for clinical reviews and supervision
