Job Description

The Market Recruiter is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with market standards, and driving operational efficiency across vendor activities. This role involves managing vendor onboarding, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize vendor contributions to overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with market vendors.

Oversee vendor onboarding, training, and compliance with company policies.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements to ensure favorable conditions.

Performance Monitoring:

Track vendor performance metrics and address issues proactively.

Conduct regular audits to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.

Operational Coordination:

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to streamline processes.

Resolve operational challenges and ensure the timely delivery of services.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends and vendor competitiveness.

Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements and performance reports.

Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on vendor-related KPIs.

Requirements

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in vendor management systems and MS Office Suite.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

Willingness to travel.
