In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy that strengthens visibility, credibility, and influence across diverse stakeholder groups. You will shape clear and compelling narratives that translate complex research and policy insights into engaging stories. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive brand positioning, thought leadership, and public engagement. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and digital execution. You will operate in a dynamic, mission-driven environment that values creativity, clarity, and impact. Your work will directly contribute to expanding reach, strengthening reputation, and amplifying meaningful insights at scale.

Accountabilities:

• Define and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with organizational vision and long-term goals
• Build and maintain a strong, consistent narrative that positions the organization as a center of excellence across key audiences
• Drive brand visibility and thought leadership through media engagement, speaking opportunities, and high-impact storytelling
• Lead digital media strategy, managing social channels, website content, newsletters, and editorial calendars
• Plan and execute dissemination strategies for research outputs, including reports, toolkits, webinars, and public launches
• Develop and manage media relationships to amplify reach and translate field insights into compelling case studies or multimedia content
• Establish internal content systems, templates, and messaging toolkits to support consistency and scalability across teams

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand-focused roles, with social sector experience considered a plus
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and engaging narratives
• Strong experience managing digital platforms, content strategies, and online engagement
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Data-informed mindset combined with strong creative judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and clarity
