Non-CDL Delivery Driver (Wholesale Seafood Truck) — Hiring ASAP

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time (20-30 hrs/week) Pay: $22–$25/hour (2+ years experience preferred)

Tom’s Seafood & Gourmet Market is hiring immediately for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to support our growing wholesale business. This is a steady, year-round role with strong benefits and competitive pay for experienced drivers. These are local routes and driver will be home daily.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company truck on established routes to complete daily airport runs and wholesale seafood deliveries safely, efficiently, and accurately. (Local routes – home daily and steady year-round work)
• Load/unload seafood product carefully and efficiently
• Some warehouse duties including preparing shipments (weighing, wrapping, packing)
• Comply with company policies and DOT regulations
• Keep accurate delivery paperwork (invoices, signatures, route logs) and collect payments.
• Maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service and professionalism at every stop
• Maintain clean workstation/vehicle
• Follow safe driving practices and food-handling standards for perishable and frozen foods.
• Inspect truck daily and report maintenance needs
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Calm under pressure
• 2+ years of delivery driving experience strongly preferred
• Basic math skills
• Problem solver
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and ability to work early routes
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and handle repetitive physical work with reasonable accommodations
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
