Position: Oral Surgeon (1099 Independent Contractor)
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Status: Part-time initially, with growth potential

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Oral Surgeon to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Initially, the position requires your expertise 4 days per month, with a strategic vision to expand. This role offers the unique opportunity to embrace autonomy and lead advanced in-office procedures, including General Anesthesia, Advanced Extractions, Surgical Implant Placements, and other Advanced Surgical Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced oral surgery procedures, including General Anesthesia, Advanced Extractions, and Surgical Implant Placements.
  • Lead and develop the oral surgery program within our group.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Commit to continuous professional development and staying current with the latest advancements in oral surgery.

Qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Completed a residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
  • Licensed to practice in Nevada (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Proficiency in advanced surgical procedures and general anesthesia.
  • Strong leadership skills and a vision for program development.
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and excellent communication skills.
