Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon – Chicago, IL
Part-Time | High Volume | Strong Surgical Support
A well-established multi-specialty practice in Chicago is seeking a part-time Oral Surgeon (2–4 days/week) to join a high-demand, surgery-focused team. This practice is part of a doctor-led group that emphasizes streamlined clinical workflows and strong internal referrals—ideal for a surgeon seeking high-volume operative days with minimal admin burden.
Position Details:
– Schedule: 2–4 days/week (flexible)
– Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
– 22–24 patients/day (mix of consults + surgeries)
– Focus: Bony impacted third molars under IV sedation
– In-house anesthesia protocols & trained surgical assistants
– Strong internal referral volume– Medicaid-based patient base with PPO-level reimbursement rates
Compensation & Earnings Potential:
– Daily production average: $7,200–$8,100
– Annual potential up to $980,000 based on days worked– Streamlined support systems—focus 100% on clinical care
