As a Pool Maintenance Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of both residential and commercial swimming pools. Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, vacuuming, skimming, and chemical testing.
• Adjust and balance water chemistry to maintain safe and optimal pool conditions.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems.
• Identify and recommend larger-scale maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with customers and team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a pool technician or in a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and pool equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
