A physician-led, patient-focused organization in Geneva, NY is seeking a Full-Time Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join their outpatient practice. This direct hire role offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care while enjoying a balanced lifestyle in the scenic Finger Lakes Region. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and pediatric patients
Conduct patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized care plans
Manage chronic and acute illnesses in an outpatient setting
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and refer to specialists as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans
Participate in light call coverage shared across system practices
Qualifications
Required
Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Strong communication, organizational, and patient engagement skills
Preferred
Experience in outpatient primary care

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $225,000 $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience
