Experienced Production Supervisor professional wanted! My client is a food production manufacturer based in Central Florida. The right person for this position will be able to lead a production team for the 2nd shift and oversee all production. Position Requirements and Responsibilities:

* 3-5 years of Production Supervisor experience
* Company promotes from within
* Hands-on leadership

Compensation and Benefits:

* Base Salary between $65,000-$85,000
* Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
* 401K Retirement Program
* PTO

Responsibilities include:

Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
Collaborate with other night shift departments.
Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
Ensure safety of all employees
Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team.
Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution
