Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid Onsite (TX/NY/NJ/VA/IA/PA/GA/OH/MN/AZ/NC, etc)

Employment Type: Contract

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support customized Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
  • Implement and maintain workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules
  • Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external systems
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards
  • Perform unit testing and support deployment activities
  • Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and QA teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)
  • Experience with SOQL/SOSL
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices
  • Experience with Git and deployment tools (Change Sets, Salesforce DX)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
  • Prior experience in enterprise or regulated environments

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
