Job Description

Cordia Resources' client is seeking a  Senior Corporate Accountant to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing complex accounting processes and supporting the finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead  month-end close activities and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and review  financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage  intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Perform and oversee  complex account reconciliations .
• Review work prepared by junior staff and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• CPA designation is a plus.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience with  Yardi or  MIP software preferred.
• Strong technical accounting skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
