Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Manage client communications, project budgets, and timelines effectively to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Mentor junior designers and review their technical drawings and specifications to maintain high professional standards.

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of professional interior design experience, with a focus on custom homes and large-scale remodeling projects REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or a related field) is preferred

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with new builds, luxury custom homes, and complex remodeling projects.

  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, rendering tools, and cabinetry design software is essential.

  • Thorough knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, finish materials, FF&E specification, and applicable building codes.

  • Proven ability to manage client communications, timelines, and budgets.

  • Strong presentation skills and proven ability to work productively on-site with builders and architects.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent site visits.

What Can We Do for You:

  • Earn a highly competitive salary of $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year, commensurate with extensive experience and portfolio quality.

  • Health Coverage: Health insurance provided.

  • Time Off: Paid time off (PTO).

  • Opportunity to manage high-end custom projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work in a high-responsibility position with direct impact on financial and project success
