Job Description:

Rising Eagle Brewery is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join our family as we redefine our menu and culture. We brew all our craft beer in-house and offer a delicious food menu that includes pizza, burgers, Philly sandwiches, and pasta. We’re searching for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service, uplifting the community, and being part of a positive, energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Educate guests about our in-house brewed craft beers and the current food menu.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely service.
• Provide menu recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables, ensuring presentation and quality meet brewery standards.
• Assist with table setups, cleanups, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining experience.
• Uphold our high standards of customer service, making every guest feel like part of the Rising Eagle Brewery family.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

Requirements:

• Prior serving experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for craft beer and willingness to learn about our brews.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay: $3.63 - $7.65 per hour
