Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Service Delivery Manager** to join their team **remotely** and ensure service levels are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. This role involves extensive coordination with other departments, optimizing service processes, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, in a fast-paced, growing client environment.
**Duties and Responsibilities** **:**
+ Ensure all services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and on time
+ Monitor and report on service performance against agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
+ Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
+ Develop and maintain on-going tech training requirements
+ Maintain technical resource documents
+ Serve as key resource for clients regarding service delivery matters
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
+ Handle service escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues
+ Develop and implement service delivery processes and best practices
+ Analyze service delivery metrics and identify trends, risks, or areas for improvement

**Wage Range** :
The rate for this position is between **$37.50 - $55.00 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
