What You’ll Do
As a Brewing Operator, you’ll play a key role in crafting beverages people love. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating and monitoring brewing equipment to ensure quality production.
Troubleshooting and solving technical issues
Collaborating with teammates to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
Using data analysis skills to track production metrics, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
Ensuring all beverages meet our high-quality standards.
Who You Are
We’re looking for enthusiastic team players who are ready to roll up their sleeves and learn. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Earned anassociate degree or higher(preferably in a related field like food science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or mathematics — but all degrees are welcome!).
Have basic data analysis skills and are comfortable working with production data (experience with Excel or similar tools is a plus!).
Are excited to work hands-on with brewing equipment.
Enjoy using computer systems and state of the art technology to monitor processes and solve problems.
