• Ensure accurate processing of vehicle titles and registrations, maintaining compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to verify and finalize all title-related documentation.
• Maintain organized records of all title transactions, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments providing updates and resolving any title-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with external agencies and dealerships to expedite title processing and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and audit title documents for accuracy, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to title processing and documentation for management review.

Qualifications:

• Experience in processing vehicle titles and registrations, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and finance teams to verify and finalize title-related documentation.
• Proven track record of maintaining organized records of title transactions for easy access and retrieval.
• Strong communication skills to provide updates and resolve title-related inquiries with internal departments.
