Job Description

Salary: $93,200 - 155,400 per year Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems/Technology, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Chantilly or McLean up to five days a week.
  • At least one year of experience in software development or scripting.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in process automation, workflow development, or business process enhancement.
Responsibilities:
  • Solution Development: I design and create ServiceNow case management solutions by configuring Service Portal, developing forms, automating workflows, and generating tasks to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Client Partnership: I work closely with clients and business process consultants to understand and define future business operations, creatively applying ServiceNow functionalities to drive operational transformation.
  • Agile Delivery: I translate user stories into automated solutions, collaborating in two-week sprint cycles and maintaining an innovative and transformative approach at every step.
  • Collaboration & Learning: I engage with fellow ServiceNow business modelers, stay informed about platform best practices and emerging features, and continuously enhance my technical skills.
  • Systems Integration: I integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems, designing robust solutions for data exchange via web services and APIs.
  • Value Delivery: I identify, quantify, and deliver measurable value to support transformation efforts throughout each stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Leadership & Quality Assurance: I provide hands-on leadership during sprint cycles to ensure on-time delivery, accuracy, and quality of key deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: I work closely with process teams to guide the application development through the development, review, and testing phases.

Typically, we do not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the individual circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is between $93,200 to $155,400.

You may also qualify for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where potential awards depend on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
