Performs routine clerical tasks in supporting the Assistant Superintendent and Directors within the Curriculum Instruction Department. Duties may include, but not limited to, scheduling meetings and staff observations, data entry into multiple databases, purchasing materials and supplies, reconciliation of materials ordered and other required information, and answering phones, May assist with registration as needed. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor(s) as per Onondaga County Civil Service.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and other skills and abilities established by Onondaga County Department of Personnel. This position is labeled as part of the NY HELPS program. This allows the District to hire employees without them having to take an exam to be appointed. Candidates must meet the minimum required qualifications and meet a 52-week probationary period prior to being appointed as a permanent employee.
