Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies.
- Lead production-level automations in the Robotic Enterprise Framework.
- Work directly with functional stakeholders to translate business needs into automation solutions with measurable ROI.
- Support and maintain automation solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Collaborate within a Scrum team using agile best practices.
- Manage and monitor automations integrated with ERP, HR, Finance, and other enterprise systems.
Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on RPA/Automation development and support (UiPath required).
- 2+ years of object-oriented programming (C++, C#, VB, Python, or Java).
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
- Experience developing automation in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver ROI-focused solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
- Experience with other RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Experience automating Oracle ERP, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with urgency and analytical thinking.
Education/Experience:
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
