**Aerotek is hiring for Water Transfer Technicians in Wheeling, WV with WEEKLY pay!** **Job Description** Join our team as a Water Treatment Operator working 12-hour shifts from 6 am to 6pm, operating on a 5 on 2 off schedule or 7 days a week depending on business. This role involves new hire training in Cambridge, OH, typically scheduled for Monday through Wednesday. You will be a crucial part of our operations, focusing on water treatment processes within the oil and gas industry. **Responsibilities** + Staffed on fracs and stationed at pump stations. + Monitor tanks and manage the setup and takedown of equipment. + Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, distributing them to appropriate locations according to project plans. + Store and stack materials safely. + Tend to pumps and generators ensuring optimal operation. + Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate potential hazards. + Operate hand and power tools effectively and safely. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months experience within the oil and gas sector. + Proficient knowledge of construction machines and tools, including their designs, uses, and repair. + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting materials up to 100 lbs. + Strong visual abilities, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and color vision. + Capability for rapid mental coordination and maintaining alertness throughout the shift. + Experience in water transfer, rig up/rig down, construction, and construction labor backgrounds. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth within the oil and gas industry. The position requires a strong commitment, with the expectation to work 75+ hours per week, including additional hours when necessary. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, WV. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
