Job Description

Premiere Exteriors LLC is seeking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to sales teams, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of project activities. This role involves handling documentation, scheduling, and communication tasks to facilitate smooth office management and project execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative and office management tasks.

Documentation Management

  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project plans.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and correspondence.

Scheduling and Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling inspections and coordinate with project team members, contractors, and clients to ensure timely communication and task completion.

Office Support

  • Handle office duties such as managing emails, maintaining office supplies and paying bills.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Working Conditions

  • Home office environment.
  • Hourly rate: $20.00 - $30.00 depending on experience.
  • Part time: 16 hours per week, with an increase in hours during peak spring, summer and fall seasons.
