In this role, you’ll:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with professionalism and expertise.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- A valid nursing license in the state of Texas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude to meet the needs of our patients and team.
