In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of large-scale data center infrastructure projects, coordinating with both internal design teams and end customers to ensure successful delivery. You will manage project timelines, resources, and schedules while applying best practices in project management to drive efficiency and quality. The role involves leveraging tools such as SmartSheet, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. With occasional travel required, you will act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues, and aligning technical and operational objectives. This position offers a fully remote environment with opportunities to make a direct impact on mission-critical infrastructure initiatives.

Accountabilities:

· Lead and manage all aspects of assigned data center infrastructure design projects.

· Coordinate design implementation with end customer teams and internal stakeholders.

· Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules and timelines.

· Utilize project management tools, including SmartSheet, to track progress and milestones.

· Monitor project performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

· Facilitate communication across technical, operational, and client teams.

Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in data center or IT infrastructure projects.

· Proven ability to manage complex projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.

· Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience with project management tools such as SmartSheet.

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

· Willingness to travel lightly as required.

· Knowledge of infrastructure design principles and IT operational standards is preferred.
